The vapor - Air 3800 is an automatic, low voltage, fixed pad, bypass humidifier. The solenoid opens and closes the water supply. The Vapor-Air 3800 operates on the difference of air pressure between the warm air plenum and the cold air return.

Constant flushing of water acrossthe stationary media pad during operation assures minimum mineral build up requiring less frequent service. By circulating dry air from the furnance pleunum and forcing it through the water saturated media, the air becomes properly humidified and distributed throughout the home through the furnace duct system.
